Is Kingdom Singles free?+
Creating an account, browsing events, and chatting with your connections is free. Tickets are the face price on the event page, from $20 to $200. Community-host events are paid in the app through Stripe. Partner events, and platform events unless they use in-app checkout, are paid on Eventbrite. There is no extra platform fee on top of that face price.
Why can't I message people before an event?+
That is the point. There is no swiping and no cold message. Chat unlocks when two checked-in people share a QR code at the event, or when they both choose each other the next morning. Either way, both people said yes.
How do you handle safety?+
Hosts are reviewed before they list gatherings, community events are moderated before they are published, and in-person check-in is controlled at the door. You can block or report anyone in one tap. Reports cover inappropriate messages, fake profiles, harassment, safety concerns, and other issues. Your email and phone are never shared as a dating reveal. For a safety issue at an event, report in the app first — that is the fastest path to moderators.
Is there a mobile app?+
Yes. Kingdom Singles is on the web, iOS, and Android. Most gatherings are in person, with door check-in. Some nights are online speed dating, with a waiting room instead. Tickets, connections, and chat work on every surface.
Who can host events?+
Create your account, complete your profile, and submit a Become a Host request from the app with the city you hope to host in. A super admin reviews it and grants host access plus the cities you may list in. The Host Dashboard unlocks after that. Community events are reviewed before they are published. Partner and platform hosting is granted by an admin, not requested. Events must be scheduled 21 days to 12 months out.
How do host fees and payouts work?+
Buyers pay the face price you set ($20–$200). Your first paid event pays you that full price. After that, Kingdom Singles keeps 10% and Stripe's card fee (2.9% + $0.30) comes out of the host payout. Payouts are held until 24 hours after the event ends, and until at least one attendee has checked in. A suspended host, an open report on the host for that event, or a Connect account that cannot receive payouts will hold the transfer.
